Financial Support for Local Churches in 2025
The North England Conference (NEC) Executive Committee has extended into 2025 two financial initiatives, that were introduced in 2024, to support local areas and congregations.
£150K Evangelism Fund
The NEC Executive Committee has allocated £150,000 to support grassroots evangelism for local churches in 2025. These funds are intended for project-based evangelism initiatives. Additionally, they have set aside funds for each area to encourage collaborative evangelism efforts among churches within their region.
All projects must be approved by either the church board or the area advisory, as appropriate. Church ministers will provide details on the exact budget available for each congregation and area.
Messenger Magazine Charges Covered
Following an annual review, the NEC has confirmed that, as in 2024, local churches will not be charged for Messenger magazine. The NEC will continue to cover the cost, ensuring all churches have access to this resource in both print and online formats. Our desire is to equip churches with the tools they need to strengthen their ministries and evangelistic efforts.
We pray that this financial support will help advance God’s Kingdom and empower us to fulfil the Great Commission.
