Getting started with the 7Me app
The 7Me app offers an innovative way for you to experience the Seventh-day Adventist Church. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to get started, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for both new and existing members. Download our comprehensive poster with these steps to share with your friends and family.
Step 1: For pastors, church clerks and treasurers with ACMS access, download the app and sign in using your ACMS login details. If you do not have ACMS access, select ‘Register’ after downloading the app. If the email you register with matches your ACMS record, the app will automatically assign you to your church. Otherwise, you can select your church after creating your login..
Step 2: Enter your name, email address, and password, then click ‘Confirm’. If your email isn’t in ACMS, choose your church and await the verification code sent to your email address.
Step 3: Enter the 6-digit verification code in the app. If your email and name match your ACMS details, the app will confirm your account creation without prompting you to select a church.
Step 4: Click ‘Sign In’ and allow the 7Me app to use ACMS (7pass.org). Click ‘Continue’.
Step 5: You can consent to Gift Aid your donations by ticking the relevant box and accepting the Terms and Conditions.
Step 6: Once signed in, tap the profile icon at the bottom right of the screen. If there is a red notification dot, complete your profile by adding your date of birth and phone number to help the church clerk avoid duplicate accounts. You may also add a profile picture. If you selected your church during registration, a request bar at the top of your profile page will prompt you to confirm your church membership. Slide the toggle to confirm. If this does not appear, continue completing your profile.
Step 7: After updating your details, click ‘Finish’ and enjoy using the app!
