Area 4 World Pathfinder Day – A Sabbath to Remember!
On November 1st 2025, Pathfinders from nearly every church across Area 4 gathered at Northampton High School for Girls for a Spirit-filled World Pathfinder Day celebration, coordinated by the Area 4 Area Coordinators. The event, graced by the Mayor of Northampton, Cllr Jane Birch, showcased excellence, unity, and youth dedication to God’s mission.

Highlights included uplifting music from Newark Pathfinders, a precision drill display by the Coventry Pathfinders, and an outstanding performance by the Area 4 Drill and Drum Team - an item that visitors said “set the bar very high for the next World Pathfinder Day!”
The message, entitled Pathfinders on Purpose, was powerfully delivered by Pastor Ikwisa Mwasumbi, who challenged the young people to live intentionally for God. His heartfelt appeal moved many, with 42 Pathfinders responding - 28 requesting baptism and 14 seeking prayer or Sabbath support.
Adding to the excitement, 13 Pathfinder teams participated in a mini 24-question Pathfinder Bible Experience (PBE) quiz, demonstrating both their expanding knowledge of God's Word and their commitment to spiritual growth.
The day concluded with joyful worship as Pathfinders and guests joined in singing “We Are Marching Over to Jerusalem,” filling the hall with praise and celebration.
Truly, all glory and honour belong to God for an unforgettable Sabbath that celebrated faith, unity, and youth leadership in Area 4!
