Frederica Reid has been actively involved in the ministry of prayer for nearly 25 years and was a core team member of the lay-led Prayer Harvest Ministries. She led the praise and worship programs for ten years and helped plan and facilitate annual prayer retreats.
From 2016 to 2019, she served as Prayer Ministries Area coordinator in the West Midlands, which consisted of 29 churches. She was appointed the Prayer Sponsor for the North England Conference (NEC) in September 2019 and asked to serve again in 2021.
She has consistently supported the annual Camp Meeting, setting up prayer rooms and galvanising prayer teams for each event. She has led prayer workshops, training programs and prayer conferences locally and internationally, both within the North and South England Conferences, Scotland and Wales.
Frederica is a qualified Counsellor in Integrative therapy and is a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) member. In addition to her role as Prayer Sponsor, she currently works as a Volunteer Counsellor for a charity organisation in Birmingham.
Frederica seeks to share her passion and enthusiasm for prayer so that the entire church family comes to know the joy of a deep friendship with God facilitated by a prayer-filled life.
