About Emanuel Bran

Pastor Emanuel Bran has been a passionate follower and disciple of Jesus ever-since his teenage years as a student at Maranatha Seventh-day Adventist High School in Cluj, Romania. It was there that his call to Christian ministry was well-defined.

After graduating from Newbold College of Higher Education in 2008, he accepted the call to full time ministry in Birmingham as intern pastor at the Camp Hill district of churches. Whilst there he also served as Chaplain at Harper Bell School and Secretary for Area 5 fraternal. In 2011 he was assigned to the Derby district of churches and for several years also took the role as coordinator for Area 4 fraternal. He was ordained to the gospel ministry in 2014 and in 2016 was invited to serve as the President of the Welsh Mission until 2021 when he accepted the call to return to the North England Conference as Executive Secretary.

Pastor Emanuel Bran is married to Camelia Bran who he met whilst in High School. The couple were married in 2003 after a wonderful friendship. Camelia achieved a Diploma is Social Work and currently works as a Registered Manager for Bethel House Residential Care Home. She is also a performing musician and her music ministry is a blessing both to his ministry and those who listen daily.

Pastor Bran is a responsible and devoted person who enjoys being around people. He aspires to live his life in a manner best expressed by the former New York Times reporter Grace Lichtenstein: “Work for a cause, not for applause. Live life to express, not to impress. Don’t strive to make your presence noticed, just make your absence felt.”
