It was a momentous day for several individual as Dr Patrick Herbert, Personal Ministries and Evangelism Director for the North England Conference, officiated an ordination service at Warrington Seventh-day Adventist Church Plant on Sabbath 11th May 2024. The church consecrated an elder, deacon, and deaconesses for service through prayer and the laying on of hands. Ordination is the work of the Holy Spirit through the church, setting apart individuals for service and the ministry of compassion and order within the church. Dr Herbert directed the congregation's minds to the ordinance of foot washing, which he described as a service of humility. We have affirmed and certified these members for their humble service, ensuring the well-being and continued establishment of Christ's body, His church.
