Leadership Transition: Pastor Daniel Ebenezer Moves to General Conference and Patrick Herbert Appointed New Director

A wave of change is sweeping through the North England Conference (NEC) as it announces key leadership transitions, featuring Pastor Daniel Ebenezer’s departure for a new role at the General Conference and Dr Patrick Herbert stepping in as the new Director for Personal Ministries, Church Growth, and Church Planting.

Pastor Daniel Ebenezer, a highly valued member of the NEC family, is transitioning to a new assignment at the General Conference. His relentless dedication and service have set a standard for Seventh-day Adventist values. We will miss Pastor Daniel and his family. Their contributions have been indelible, and their absence will be felt deeply. The Conference extends its best wishes for God's strength and wisdom as Pastor Ebenezer embarks on this new chapter.

Succeeding Pastor Ebenezer, Dr Herbert's tenure will officially commence on the 1st November 2023. The decision was made during a recent Executive Committee meeting. As we welcome Pastor Herbert to this new responsibility, we're kindly requesting that we keep him and his family in our thoughts and prayers.

These leadership transitions come at a pivotal moment for the NEC, which values continued commitment from its community in achieving its mission. We look forward to working together in the spirit of unity and cooperation.
