Booking process
You will need to purchase a pass (i.e. the retreat fee) to come on site, as numbers are restricted. It will be on a first come first served basis, but if you book and pay the full price by 31 March you will receive a 10% discount.

On site cabins
The luxury cabins offer a relaxing, home away from home, getaway in nature. They are self-catering but there will be an on site restuarant for meals to be purchased. Please note that at least a 10% deposit must be provided at the time of booking.

Off-site accommodation
- Call Hays Wood first to pay for your weekly or daily retreat fee
- After paying for your Camp meeting ticket, then you can book your accommodation. Booking your accommodation without having an entrance ticket would mean that you won’t be allowed on site due to the strict numbers allowed.
We will need full details of all attendees, therefore please make all this information is ready at the time of booking (Name, Address, Date of Birth, Emergency Contact, Allergies – if the attendee is part of the children’s program). There are several hotels and Airbnb accommodation options within a 5 to 10-minute drive of Hay's Wood Retreat, including but not limited to,

Free minibus shuttle
Free minibus shuttles will be provided for those staying off-site to ferry individuals between their hotels and Hay's Wood Retreat.
Retreat fee
The retreat fee is ONLY for those staying off-site. If you are in one of the Hay's Wood Retreat cabins, your retreat fee is included with the accommodation.
Week-long fee
- 22 and older: £150 per person
- Between 13 and 21: £100 per person
- 12 and under: Free
Daily fee
- 22 and older: £30 per person
- Between 13 and 21: £20 per person
- 12 and under: Free
Family ticket
£320 for the week, which includes 2 adults and a minimum of 2 young people from the same household
